Bath Planet of Inland Empire is looking for motivated, confident, and coachable individuals to join our growing sales team as In-Home Design Consultants!
This is an opportunity to build a rewarding career in the home improvement industry without spending your days making cold calls or knocking on doors. You'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in remodeling their bathrooms, present customized solutions, and help them transform their homes.
We provide the leads, scheduled appointments, training, and proven sales process. You bring the drive, personality, and desire to succeed.

What You'll Do
* Meet with Interested Homeowners: Visit homeowners at scheduled appointments with people who have requested information about bathroom remodeling. * Design Custom Solutions: Help customers explore bath and shower remodeling options that fit their needs, preferences, and budgets. * Present and Sell: Deliver engaging in-home presentations, explain product benefits, present pricing, and confidently guide customers through the buying process. * Close the Deal: Build trust, overcome objections, and help homeowners move forward with their remodeling projects. * Follow a Proven Sales System: Use our established sales process and technology to manage appointments and maximize opportunities. * Learn and Improve: Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development to sharpen your skills and increase your performance.

Sales experience is a plus, but it's not required. We welcome candidates from retail, hospitality, automotive sales, customer service, real estate, and other customer-facing backgrounds. If you have the right attitude and a strong desire to succeed, we'll help you develop your sales skills.
