What You'll Do - Present supplemental benefit options tailored to each individual or family - Build strong, long-term client relationships - Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism - Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients - Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups - Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training - Provide attentive, client-first service
What You Bring - Strong communication and people skills - Able to obtain any necessary professional licensing, where applicable - Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently - Authorized to work in the United States - Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required - A service-minded, mission-driven attitude - Reliable internet connection plus a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools
