What You'll Do - Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions - Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training - Build lasting client relationships - Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients - Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally - Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options - Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up
What You Bring - Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable - A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet - Customer service or consultative background a plus, not required - Passionate about helping others and contributing to a mission-driven organization - Strong communication and people skills - A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills - Eligible to work in the United States - Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools
