Responsibilities
* Respond to members who have requested information about available coverage options
* Identify client needs and recommend appropriate benefit solutions
* Explain coverage and policy options using our Needs Analysis system
* Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process
* Maintain professional communication and provide ongoing client support
* Participate in training and work closely with management to stay informed about products, services, and company procedures
