Your Day-to-Day - Build lasting client relationships - Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients - Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions - Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options - Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism - Maintain organized, accurate digital records and follow-up communication - Grow through ongoing mentorship and professional development
What We're Looking For - Reliable internet connection plus a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable - Customer service background helpful but not required - Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently - Authorized to work in the United States - Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools - A service-minded, mission-driven attitude
