Role Overview: This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period while monitoring maternal and fetal well-being. The Labor and Delivery RN assesses patient needs, administers medications and treatments, supports the childbirth process, and collaborates with physicians and the healthcare team to promote safe, quality care.
Requirements: * 2 years’ experience required. * Flu Vaccine Required - No Exemptions. * 1 year of EPIC experience is required. * Previous Charge Experience preferred. * Teaching Hospital Experience preferred. * Community Hospital Experience preferred. * Certificates Required: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, Lactation, NRP, STABLE. * Additional Skills: Arrhythmia. * Special Equipment: Panda Warmers and Giraffe incubators, * First time travelers accepted based on review of years of experience.
Schedule: Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Float: Required Call: Required Weekend: Every Other
