Gallagher Home Health Services is Hiring an Independent 1099 Home Health Physical Therapist (PT)
Gallagher Home Health Services is hiring a dedicated, experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as an independent contractor covering the New Castle area.

Qualifications:
* Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania * Minimum of 1 year of recent experience required; Home Health experience preferred * Must have a reliable vehicle, valid PA driver’s license, and insurance coverage * Must pass a satisfactory criminal record check
Responsibilities
* Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and needs to develop individualized care plans. * Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments, including exercises and modalities, to enhance patient recovery. * Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using EMR systems. * Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care strategies to promote independence and recovery. * Drive to various locations for home health visits, ensuring timely and effective care delivery.
