About the role
As a CRM Analyst, you will support data-driven marketing initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams such as brand, marketing, and technical partners. This role involves leveraging customer data to enable targeted campaigns and personalized communication strategies.
What you might work on * Supporting CRM systems and marketing campaign execution * Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business and marketing needs * Preparing and analyzing data for campaign targeting and segmentation * Assisting in the implementation of marketing campaigns across digital platforms * Working closely with brand teams and external partners (e.g., email agencies) * Identifying opportunities to improve data usage and campaign performance
Requirements
* Experience working with CRM tools and marketing campaigns * Knowledge of SQL and working with databases * Basic understanding of frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus * Ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making * Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills * Strong communication skills and ability to work in collaborative environments * Advanced English (you’ll work with international teams)
Nice to have * Experience with marketing automation platforms * Familiarity with customer segmentation and personalization strategies * Experience in international or remote teams
