About the Role

As our Senior Business Development Manager for Scandinavia, you will be at the forefront of expanding ARX Robotics’ presence across a key strategic region. You will forge lasting relationships with customers, government partners, and industry leaders, establishing our position as a trusted technology partner for autonomous ground systems.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of European defense. Your work will directly introduce and scale cutting-edge robotic systems that enhance the security and resilience of our partners. You won’t just be selling a product; you’ll be building one of Europe’s leading defense technology companies and leaving a lasting impact on the industry.

What You'll Build

* You’ll design and drive the strategy for our expansion across Scandinavia, identifying the most promising markets, customers, and opportunities. * You’ll build a strong network of trusted relationships with defense ministries, armed forces, and key industry players throughout the region. * You’ll manage the complete business development cycle, from the first conversation to contract closure, guiding complex opportunities to success. * You’ll become a true expert on customer needs, operational challenges, and procurement pathways in Scandinavian markets. * You’ll identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with local companies to accelerate our growth and market presence. * You’ll act as the face of ARX Robotics at meetings, industry events, and product demonstrations across the region. * You’ll collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams, translating market insights into tangible business opportunities. * You’ll create compelling proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the value of our technology. * You’ll build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline, delivering clear market intelligence and forecasts to our leadership team.

What You Bring

* You have significant experience in a commercial role like business development or sales within the defense industry. * You understand the Scandinavian defense landscape and have built relationships with key customers, government stakeholders, or industry partners. * You have a proven ability to open new markets, build strategic relationships, and turn complex challenges into commercial success. * You are skilled at navigating long and complex sales cycles with multiple senior stakeholders. * You blend commercial drive with strategic insight, and you’re adept at translating sophisticated technology into clear customer value. * You communicate with confidence and clarity to senior military, government, and industry leaders. * You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to take ownership of a market while contributing to a fast-paced international team. * You are fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language; additional Nordic language skills are a significant plus. * You are ready to travel across Scandinavia and thrive in a dynamic environment where you can make a direct impact.

Please note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply. We welcome motivated candidates who are eager to grow into the role and develop their expertise further.
