What You’ll Do:
* Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism * Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity * Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally * Collect and document data accurately * Communicate effectively with supervisors and families * Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software * Work across home, school, and clinic settings
What We’re Looking For:
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required * A heart for helping children and families * Resilience under stress and challenges * Motivation to learn and grow * Reliability and strong follow‑through * Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans * Prior ABA experience (preferred, not required) * Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus) * Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Schedule in La Habra, CA:
* Afternoon shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 - 6:00 PM and Saturday, 9:00 - 11:00 AM.
