As a Housekeeper, you will:
* Clean and maintain guest rooms and resort units to meet hotel-quality housekeeping and hospitality standards. * Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, and all guest room surfaces. * Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and restock guest rooms with amenities and supplies. * Remove trash, soiled linens, and recycling from guest rooms and common areas. * Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items. * Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and guest laundry facilities. * Follow all safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. * Perform other housekeeping and resort operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience * Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills * Ability to work independently with good judgment * Comfortable interacting with both guests and team members * Basic math and inventory skills * Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays * Valid Driver’s License (may be required at some resorts) * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required * Ability to frequently lift/move 10–25 lbs. and occasionally up to 40 lbs.
