Job Description
* Machine-assisted preparation and cutting of cables, wires, and heat-shrink tubing according to specified production orders * Operation of our semi- and fully automated machines after appropriate training * Performing basic setup, inspection, and maintenance tasks * Providing and preparing the materials required for ongoing production * Carrying out logistics and inventory activities * Carefully following defined work procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
* A technical qualification is not required – reliability, accuracy, willingness to learn, and an interest in technical topics are what matter to us * Previous experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, or a similar environment is an advantage * Enjoyment of practical, clearly structured, and repetitive tasks * Willingness to learn how to operate our machines and follow our processes * A careful and conscientious approach to work * Sufficient German language skills to safely understand work instructions and production orders * Team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility * Interest in a long-term position with a stable and clearly defined area of responsibility

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 2.300,-- (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
