What you;ll do
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology and business change projects, ensuring objectives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, delivery roadmaps, resource plans, and governance frameworks to support successful project execution. * Partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, deliverables, and success measures. * Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring effective cost control and timely escalation of any variances. * Coordinate cross-functional teams, third-party suppliers, and systems integrators to ensure all project activities are aligned and delivered effectively. * Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle. * Provide regular project updates and reporting to senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, strong governance, and a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.
Qualifications
What you'll bring
* Proven experience delivering complex technology projects within retail, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or distribution environments. * Strong project management expertise with a track record of successfully managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks. * Experience working with supply chain, warehouse management, logistics, ERP, or related enterprise technology platforms. * Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making across both business and technology teams. * Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors, implementation partners, and systems integrators in a delivery-focused environment. * Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business. * A proactive and collaborative approach, with the confidence to challenge where appropriate and drive projects through to successful completion.
