Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $30.00 - $35.00/hour Wesley Willows - Highview in the Woodlands | Rockton, IL
Competitive Pay: $30.00 - $35.00/hour Schedule: Full-Time 6:00am-2:30pm and 2:00pm-10:30pm or PRN
What You'll Do:
* Plan, coordinate, and implement personalized care plans for residents * Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders * Maintain rigorous documentation and infection control standards * Collaborate across teams and respond calmly in emergencies * Uphold dignity and foster a positive environment for all residents
What You'll Need:
* Valid Illinois license (required) * 1-2 years of experience in long-term care preferred * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
