What you'll do
* Execute and monitor day-to-day operational processes that support our investment platform
* Identify operational issues, investigate root causes, and support their resolution
* Implement and improve operational workflows and contribute to their improvement and automation
* Work closely with Product, Customer Service, and other internal teams to address operational dependencies and challenges
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all standard operating procedures SOPs and control frameworks
* Monitor internal systems to optimise operational efficiency and address any potential disruptions promptly
* Support improvement projects and gradually take ownership of parts of the operation
What you'll need
* Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
* Process design and process management skills
* A keen interest in financial markets and trading operations
* Interest in how digital products and investment platforms work
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
* Interest in applications of AI in the financial services industry
Nice to have
* Knowledge of SQL and/or Python
* Knowledge of the German language
* Internship or project exposure to financial services or fintech operations
