About the role

Job Description

Avery Dennison is seeking a data-driven, strategically minded Digital Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize our internal digital marketing platforms, with a primary focus on website and technology infrastructure, analytics reporting and process management. In this high-impact role, the Digital Marketing Operations Manager will shift our digital operations focus from administrative tasks to advanced analysis, acting as the operational backbone of our marketing infrastructure. You will turn data into actionable insights and help bridge the gap between marketing and sales. The ideal candidate is an expert in system integration, data analysis, and building unified dashboards using tools like Looker Studio or Oracle FDI. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional global teams to provide insights to help maximize marketing ROI.

On-site in Dallas, TX (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the global architect and owner of our marketing technology stack, continuously evaluating platform health, reviewing new feature updates, and proactively recommending software integrations to keep our infrastructure cutting-edge.

* Partner closely with IT, data engineering, and ecommerce teams to extract, clean, and consolidate data from multiple pipelines, designing, building, and maintaining real-time marketing dashboards in Looker Studio (or similar BI tools) to track cross-platform performance.

* Establish a regular reporting cadence with segment marketing teams and turn complex datasets into actionable insights to optimize campaign ROI.

* Act as the technical project manager for our website migration initiatives, including collaborating with our ecommerce team, utilizing strong organizational skills to manage timelines, cross-functional deliverables, and stakeholder management.

* Formulate and enforce comprehensive data governance policies to ensure database cleanliness, completeness, accuracy, and security across all global platforms.

Qualifications

* 5–10 years of dedicated experience in marketing operations, digital marketing technology, or RevOps, preferably within a global B2B enterprise environment.

* Proven experience designing and managing a complex marketing technology stack, with hands-on administrator experience with platforms like Demandbase, Adobe Experience Manager, Semrush, Google Analytics, and Oracle Eloqua highly preferred.

* Elite skills in data aggregation and building multi-source dashboards within Looker Studio or similar BI solutions, along with demonstrated ability to collaborate with IT/Data teams on API connections and pipeline data management.

* Exceptional ability to translate technical data into compelling narratives and present insights confidently to non-technical segment marketing leaders.

* Strong track record managing large-scale digital projects (like CMS or website migrations) using collaborative process management platforms like Smartsheet.
