Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient in Freehold, NJ.

⭐ Pediatric Case Details
Freehold, NJ
* Pediatric patient with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD * Skilled nursing needs include: * G-tube care and feedings * Compression vest treatments * PRN oxygen administration * Chest port monitoring and care * Requires vigilant assessment, monitoring, and coordination with family and healthcare providers
⭐ What You'll Do
* Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care in the home setting * Administer medications and treatments as ordered * Monitor and manage G-tube feedings and care * Assess respiratory status and provide PRN oxygen support * Assist with airway clearance therapies including compression vest treatments * Monitor for seizure activity and implement seizure precautions * Assess for changes in condition and communicate findings appropriately * Maintain accurate clinical documentation * Collaborate with family members, physicians, and the pediatric clinical team * Support the patient's safety, comfort, and overall quality of life
⭐ Pay Rate
LPN: Up to $40/hr
⭐ What You Bring
* Active New Jersey LPN License * Experience with G-tube care preferred * Pediatric home care experience a plus * Current BLS Certification * Authorized to work in the United States * Reliable transportation * Physical exam within the last 12 months * PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years) * Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
