We’re seeking an AR Specialist to join us. This is a remote position.
What you’ll do: * Follow up on claims rejections and denials * Identify billing issues * Communicate with insurance companies for status on outstanding claims * Work daily correspondence work files * Process and follow up on appeals * Resolve correspondence issues
What you’ll bring to Zotec: * AR follow-up experience * Ability to understand, analyze and interpret medical billing documentation and data * Strong willingness to learn new technologies, concepts, and ways to work cross functionally * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel * Skilled in identifying and addressing issues and using critical thinking to find innovative solutions * Capable of prioritizing workflow and working within deadlines in a high-volume environment * Must be detail oriented, be able to work independently, and manage multiple projects * High school diploma or equivalent
