Lead internal development initiatives in alignment with the product roadmap and customer programme needs. Maintain effective working relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Promote clear ownership, collaboration, accountability, and a strong customer focus throughout project execution.

Required Qualifications and Experience 9–12 years of professional experience in the automotive industry, with substantial experience in braking, steering, chassis, or related vehicle-control systems. Proven experience with passenger-car software development lifecycles, project milestones, requirements management, integration, validation, and release processes. Strong knowledge of braking and steering system validation, including DPR/TR, test equipment, system interfaces, and applicable automotive standards. Hands-on experience with HIL testing using dSPACE tools such as ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, and VT System. Experience documenting test cases, executing tests, and managing test verdicts using SystemWeaver or Electra. Experience with automotive development, diagnostics, measurement, and calibration tools, including Vector tools, INCA, and MDA. Working knowledge of functional safety and automotive quality processes, including ISO 26262, ASPICE, FMEA/SFMEA, Technical Safety Concept (TSC), Technical Safety Requirements (TSR), FSR, degradation and safe-state analysis, DTC mapping, fault analysis, and system-level validation. Demonstrated experience in chassis software development, particularly steering and braking, covering component-, system-, and vehicle-level testing, legal requirements, and software-release documentation such as CRB/IRB. Experience with relevant engineering and lifecycle tools such as CarWeaver, Electra, Car-Com, KDP, and TCPLM. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical, project, and customer organisations.
