Job Description
* Coordinate workflow and perform daily monitoring to meet TAT * Conduct semi-annual performance reviews, interview applicants, keep training records up to date for assigned employees, evaluate succession plans in preparation for growth * Perform work for both routine and non-routine work as specified by separate and applicable technical job description for individual * Coach, train, and develop others within the group with respect to their personal development and effective implementation of operational improvements * Troubleshoot and solve both instrumental and method issues * Lead and write investigations independently, establish root cause and robust CAPA * Support and drive LEAN initiatives and operational improvements * Perform all functions in support of and in compliance with all state and federal employment regulations
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or related degree concentration and at least 4 years of laboratory experience * Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Additional Information
Position is full-time, first shift position Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
