In This Role, You Will - Maintain organized, accurate digital records and follow-up communication - Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients - Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism - Hold client consultations virtually using Zoom - Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth - Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions - Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options
Ideal Candidate Profile - Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam - A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company - A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills - Capable of obtaining required licensing, if applicable to the position - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools - Work authorization in the United States - Customer service or consultative background a plus, not required
