Performance Management and HR Improvement

* Coordinate the annual performance review process, including manager communications, tracking, and reporting. * Support employee development, training, and career growth initiatives. * Maintain HR metrics and reporting, including headcount, turnover, and employee engagement. * Recommend improvements to HR systems and processes that support organizational growth.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. * 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong hands-on HR generalist responsibilities. * Experience independently managing multiple HR functions, preferably as a primary HR resource in an organization of approximately 100–300 employees. * Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations. * Experience developing or supporting employee engagement initiatives. * Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications. * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

* HR experience in a federal government contracting or IT professional services environment. * Familiarity with federal contractor employment requirements, including SCA and applicable EEO/OFCCP obligations. * SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification. * Experience supporting employees across multiple locations or customer sites. * Experience improving HR processes, performance management programs, and employee engagement activities.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

* Takes ownership: Can independently manage HR responsibilities and follow through without extensive oversight. * Is approachable: Builds trust with employees and managers while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. * Is compliance-minded: Understands employment requirements and maintains accurate, consistent HR practices. * Is people-focused: Brings practical ideas for employee engagement, recognition, and retention. * Is hands-on: Is comfortable handling routine HR administration while also leading improvements. * Thrives in a growing company: Adapts to changing priorities and helps build scalable processes.
