Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Shop Helper will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Transport material through the shop/yard. * Forklift operation. * Correctly fill out and maintain paperwork for outgoing loads. * Maintain proper records for inventory management. * Unload incoming material. * Perform yard receiving and inventory control. * Pull material for production. * Handle processed materials for staging, storage, and shipping. * Stage and/or build loads for painting, galvanizing, and shipping. * Assure that quality of processed materials is kept during handling. * Other duties as determined by Supervisor.
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively. * Physical ability to work and maneuver around work areas.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent. * Ability to read and follow written instruction. * Able to pass Random DOT & Company drug test. * Clean Driving Record. * Good math skills.

* Asheville Fabrication Facility * 1st Shift * Monday to Friday
