Schedule: Monday-Thursday (8:00AM-6:30PM) Onsite Location: Hillsboro, OR Position Type: Full Time Benefits: This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: * Oversee FOUP docking, run open/close sequence, N2 purge, and check for alarms and report to team. * Support routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating lateral rails and cleaning in confined spaces per module documentation. * Manage inventory of tooling and resources; oversee test wafer and chamber conditioning. * Oversee safety and cleanliness through fab/sub-fab walks; complete post-PM recovery, test fire, and qualification procedures.
Requirements:
* Required Min 2 years on any semiconductor toolset. * Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics, diagrams, and equipment manuals. * Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in disassembly and assembly of semiconductor tools. * Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, including etching, deposition, and lithography systems. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Physical Effort/Activities: May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
