Hours Monday-Thursday 6 am to 230 pm; Friday 6 am to 12 pm.
POSITION SUMMARY The Brake Press Operator will primarily be involved with the setup and operation of a CNC brake press for metal fabrication.

Essential Functions Statements
* Knowledge and hands-on operation and set up of CNC brake press for metal fabrication. * Set up and operate machines as required to manufacture parts specific Graepel parts. * Analyze work orders, parts, and blueprints. * Check parts throughout the production run, using company supplied measuring equipment to monitor quality and repeatability of processes. * Knowledge and understanding of metal fabrication process and concepts. * Setup metal fabrication machinery and other production necessities to produce "0 defect" parts. * Accurately complete work orders with correct quantities of good and defective parts. * Work a regular schedule determined by supervisory management. * Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
* High School Degree or equivalent and/or related experience required.
Experience:
* Ability to use Direct read measuring devices required. * Ability to read blue prints and understand functionality of parts and their components. * Previous experience in manufacturing engineering, fabrication management and/or operations of low and mid-sized volume metal fabrication preferred. * Ability to operate a forklift and obtain certification. * Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently.
