What You’ll Do As a 1:1 DSP, you’ll support one individual in their daily life—at home and in the community. Your support is personalized, meaningful, and impactful.
You may: * Provide person-centered support (ADLs, skill-building, behavioral supports) * Support community involvement and social connections * Assist with errands, shopping, and appointments * Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home * Support budgeting, organization, and daily routines * Provide transportation to activities and appointments * Offer guidance, problem-solving, and advocacy * Document daily activities and care

What We’re Looking For: * Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn * At least 18 years old * Valid U.S. driver’s license * Reliable transportation with insurance * Ability to pass a DHS background check
