In This Role, You Will - Maintain organized, accurate digital records and follow-up communication - Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients - Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training - Provide attentive, client-first service - Support the enrollment process from start to finish with professionalism - Present supplemental benefit options tailored to each individual or family - Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Ideal Candidate Profile - Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. - Able to obtain any necessary professional licensing, where applicable - Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills - Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently - Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - Customer service background helpful but not required - A heart for helping people and supporting a purpose-driven mission
