Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Personnel management including all associated individual tasks (initiating disciplinary measures, employee appraisals, performance reviews, personnel development, etc.) * Ensuring effective workforce scheduling (vacation and shift planning) * Participation in headcount and CAPEX planning * Involvement in the processing of complaints and deviations * Independent and continuous development of the area of responsibility * Assuming (partial) project responsibility within a defined framework * Ensuring continuous audit readiness * Trustful collaboration with internal and external interfaces (e.g. production areas, TS, CS, plant management, TCC/SEC) * Independent compliance with standards, legal regulations (e.g. Working Hours Act, occupational safety regulations) as well as internal company policies (SOPs, works agreements, etc.)

Qualifications
* 5 years of experience in a comparable role with managerial responsibility in a quality environment. * This role requires specialist knowledge in quality management with leadership experience. * Advanced knowledge of leadership methods (e.g. conducting appraisals, employee development) * Good IT/computer user skills (e.g. Office applications, MES & ERP) * Very good knowledge of the required QM guidelines * Advanced knowledge of testing procedures and measurement technology * Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g. products and processes) * Good English skills (spoken and written)
* Leadership skills, particularly serving as a role model (integrity, transparency, appreciation, persuasiveness) * Confident and professional demeanor * Good communication skills * Strong personal initiative * Resilience under pressure
* Ability to write technical reports * Knowledge transfer (instruction and didactics) * Good assertiveness * Strong analytical and conceptual skills
