About the role
Description
We’re looking for an experienced Configuration & Implementation Analyst who thrives on complex stakeholder challenges, loves solving problems for large financial institutions, and wants to play a leading role in how our platform gets implemented for new customers.
If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
Briefing
You’ll join our Configuration & Implementation team, mainly working on new customer implementations for our largest clients and supporting new propositions for existing customers, often alongside external implementation partners.
This is a multi-stakeholder-facing role: you’ll help translate complex mortgage and regulatory requirements into working configuration across our Orbis Rules, DocStreet, and Mid Office components, all within our cutting-edge cloud-based SaaS platform.
What You’ll Do:
* Act as the linking pin between customers, implementation partners, and our engineering teams on large-scale implementation projects * Take a controlling role with implementation partners, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of configuration work * Translate mortgage and financial regulations into rules, calculations, and Mid Office processes * Distinguish between standard implementation work and product or engineering changes, and hand these over appropriately * Challenge customer requirements where needed, drawing on deep platform and NL market knowledge * Conduct risk analysis on business process and rule changes, and propose mitigation strategies
About You
* You have hands-on experience with Dutch mortgage systems or processes, gained at a lender, a mortgage servicer, or a consultancy delivering mortgage projects. You understand how Dutch mortgage and financial regulations translate into system rules, calculations, and business processes. * You have 3–5 years of proven experience as a Business or Configuration Analyst (or in a similar role), with the ability to plan and deliver independently without supervision. * You have experience managing implementation partners or system integrators as active stakeholders on complex projects. * You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with senior client and partner stakeholders. * You bring technical system expertise, ideally with rules engines, configuration tools, or comparable Mid Office / Core Banking components. * You are based in Amsterdam or the surrounding area, as the role requires travel to client sites. * Dutch language skills are a strong plus, given the NL market focus of this role.
Why us?
What’s in It for You:
* A collaborative and dynamic work environment * The chance to work on high-impact projects with some of the biggest names in mortgage lending * A platform to grow professionally while making a tangible difference to our clients * Continuous learning and development in a company that values your input and expertise
