Job Description

Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 is an online, open world, action shooter RPG, set in a collapsing and fractured Washington, D.C. This rich setting combines a wide variety of beautiful, iconic, and realistic environments in which the player gets to experience the series’ trademark fast-paced action, rich RPG systems and dedication to authenticity in world building.

As our Lead Artist you will support the team with structure, pipelines and workflows. You’ll also manage the collaboration with codev, providing feedback and guidance. You’ll also take the lead on strategic decisions regarding how to push Character Art forward.

What you'll do

* Produce and deliver quality 3D assets for the game (Character Art, NPCs, weapons and gear, Cinematic assets)

* Prioritizing and managing the team’s day-to-day tasks to ensure that deliverables are completed on time and to specifications. Balancing your workload and the team’s workload to reach the best results within the given time frames.

* Collaborating with Producers, Tech Artists and Concept Artists to push project quality.

* Hold recurring performance feedback sessions with your team

Qualifications

What you'll bring

As a Lead you are well organized, like being on top of things and find the success of your team very important. You have the ability to anticipate and find solutions to problems that may occur within the team, a task that you find inspiring. As we're a team who highly appreciates a collaborative environment, you should thrive when giving and receiving constructive feedback, as well as enjoy sharing your experience and contributing to the general development of the team through your expertise and advice.

* Several years of experience with Character/3D-Art from within the game and/or TV/film industries;

* Ability to realize characters from concepts and Art Director briefs;
