About the role
From Winning Consulting, we are looking for Corporate FX Sales to join an important company in the financial services sector.
Location: Germany / Netherlands / Portugal / Spain
Working model: On site
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients in the assigned market. * Identify client needs around FX, treasury, international payments and hedging solutions. * Provide market updates and commercial insights to support client decision-making. * Support the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity identification. * Coordinate FX transactions and client requests with internal teams, ensuring accuracy and service quality. * Work closely with operations, compliance, trading and client service teams. * Maintain updated records of commercial activity, pipeline and client interactions.
Requirements
* Experience in FX Sales, Corporate Sales, Treasury Sales or similar B2B financial markets roles. * Previous experience in a bank, FX broker, fintech, payments company or financial services. * Good understanding of FX products, international payments, hedging needs and corporate client requirements. * Strong commercial mindset and ability to build long-term client relationships. * Comfortable with proactive client development and phone-based commercial activity. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. * Fluent in Spanish + English.
