Job Description
Sports Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for a dynamic individual ready to work as an Exercise Specialist in a fast-paced physical therapy clinic. This position is responsible for daily patient care and takes direction from a physical therapist(s) by performing treatment-related exercise programs and patient-related tasks as needed.
* Assist physical therapists with patient exercise programs and treatment‑related tasks * Provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming clinic experience * Support patients through their rehab exercises with clear instruction and encouragement * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment * Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and staff * Help ensure patient flow and efficiency throughout the day
Qualifications
* Interest in or degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field * Prior experience in a medical or fitness setting preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment * Professionalism, confidentiality, and commitment to patient safety * Ability to build rapport and motivate patients
