Senior Network Engineer
Remote (U.S.) | Full-Time | Exempt
DAS Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our Managed Services team. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced network professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, leading infrastructure initiatives, mentoring engineers, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
Western U.S. and Pacific Time Zone candidates are preferred to support client and team coverage needs. This position also participates in a shared on-call rotation supporting critical network escalations outside of normal business hours.
What You'll Do * Design, deploy, and support enterprise-grade network solutions for healthcare organizations and business clients. * Lead network architecture, infrastructure modernization, and data center initiatives. * Serve as a technical subject matter expert across multiple networking technologies. * Partner directly with clients to assess environments, provide strategic recommendations, and implement solutions. * Support discovery, consulting, and pre-sales engagements. * Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across the team. * Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
What We're Looking For * 7+ years of Network Engineering experience. * 10+ years of overall IT infrastructure, engineering, or support experience. * Strong expertise with routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, WAN, LAN, and wireless technologies. * Experience designing complex enterprise and data center networking solutions. * Cloud networking experience. * Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills. * CCNA preferred, with advanced certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, or ITIL considered a plus. * MSP experience highly valued.
