Utilize manual, automated, regression, performance, and security testing methodologies.

Delivery, Leadership & Collaboration

* CI/CD & DevOps Integration: Integrate automated deployment tests using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and Git version control. * Agile Integration: Collaborate within cross-functional teams, participate in sprint ceremonies, and track defects using Jira. * Peer Reviews & Mentorship: Conduct code/technical reviews, provide constructive feedback to peers, and mentor junior QA engineers. * Documentation & Communication: Maintain comprehensive QA documentation. Articulate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Tooling Expectations

* Web Automation: Playwright / Selenium * Mobile Automation: Appium * API Testing: Postman / RESTful Services * CI/CD Pipelines: Jenkins / GitLab CI * Version Control & Management: Git, Jira, Confluence * Languages: Java or JavaScript

Skills & Qualifications

* Proven experience as a QA Engineer with an IC4 (Senior/Lead) mindset defined by ownership and pragmatism. * Deep expertise in test automation across web, mobile, and API platforms. * Proficiency in Java or JavaScript for writing automation scripts. * Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and API testing tools. * Solid grasp of version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI). * Meticulous attention to detail with systematic problem-solving skills. * Outstanding communication skills and experience reviewing code or mentoring engineers. * Ability to work on-site in our Norwich (UK) or Sofia (Bulgaria) offices.
