About the role

AvaMed Workforce is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 6-week night contract at Cottage of the Shoals in Tuscumbia, AL.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS

* Location: Cottage of the Shoals, Tuscumbia, AL * Dates: 11/16/2026 - 12/28/2026 * Shift: Nights, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM (12-hour shifts, 30-min meal), 3-on/2-off/2-on/3-off rotation * Pay: Contact us for details

REQUIREMENTS

* Active Alabama LPN license or multistate (compact) LPN license * Long-term care / skilled nursing experience preferred * Current BLS; background check and facility health requirements
