Job Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Lead ESA to review existing business requirements and gather new requirements from stakeholders * Conduct fit-gap analyses and present options * Map current-state and future-state business workflows * Recommend Oracle configuration updates to optimize business processes * Support ESA in implementing new features and/or system changes aligned with approved functional designs * Troubleshoot application issues through resolution * Log and manage Oracle Service Requests * Create and update functional design documents, technical design documents, and process flows associated with configurations or approved customizations * Develop scalable Oracle SQL/PLSQL code including procedures, functions, packages, and triggers * Update existing code to meet evolving requirements * Tune and optimize queries for performance * Build or retrofit interfaces, APIs, and data loaders * Support custom extensions including Form Personalization and custom.pll * Diagnose system bottlenecks, debug functional and technical issues, and apply fixes * Support testing and user training activities * Perform additional duties as directed by project team * Provide bi-weekly status reports
Required Skills:
* Demonstrated experience delivering two or more Common Inventory implementations as part of broader ODM/MRP deployments in Oracle eBS R12.13.x. * Deep functional and technical expertise in ODM, including Inventory and Oracle Master Scheduling/MRP * Ability to map, fit, and enhance complex "As-Is" business processes into Oracle EBS standard functionality * Expert-level knowledge of ODM/MRP including Inventory setup steps, profile options, and system parameters to optimize performance * Comprehensive understanding of the ODM lifecycle: BOM, Inventory, WIP, MRP, Purchasing, and Costing * Strong understanding of upstream and downstream integration points * Strong technical skills: Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Form personalization, custom.pll, and BI Publisher reports * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Familiarity with REST APIs * Proficient with MS Office
Desired Skills:
* Experience with JIRA and GitHub * Knowledge of Purchasing ASL functionality * Experience with Mobile supply chain
