Clark Creative Solutions is seeking a Personnel Operations Analyst to provide personnel readiness, manpower reporting, workforce analysis, and administrative support to National Guard Bureau domestic operations programs.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree * 5+ years of relevant experience * Personnel management experience * Readiness reporting experience * Workforce analytics expertise * Data management skills * Administrative support experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Military personnel systems experience * National Guard personnel experience * Joint manpower process knowledge
