Job Description
* Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality OutSystems applications to meet business requirements. * Create applications with a test-driven development mindset that perform well. * Work collaboratively to solve problems with other team members; * Develop custom components and integrations with other systems using APIs, web services, or other methods. * Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. * Provide technical leadership and guidance to others in the low-code team, helping to establish best practices and development standards. * Review others' code, share skills and knowledge with the rest of the team. * Be proactive and organized within your team and meet the goals that you have agreed to. * Innovate and contribute ideas that will improve the application’s quality; * Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications and processes. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application development and deployment. * Stay up-to-date with the latest OutSystems platform features, improvements, and best practices.
Qualifications
* Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar; * At least 3 years of experience with OutSystems; * Experience with other technologies ( .Net, HTML, CSS, JS e SQL) - it’s a good plus; * OutSystems Certifications - they are more than welcome around here; * Good communication skills; * Ability to work in a team and be a team player; * Ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly; * Fluency in English (both written and spoken) - mandatory; * Fluency in French (both written and spoken) - it’s a good plus; * Ability to mentor less-experienced developers - it’s a good plus;
