We’re looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee operations, lead a team of junior property managers, and ensure smooth day-to-day management of residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of U.S. property management, proven leadership skills, and the ability to balance tenant relations, administrative efficiency, and team management in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior on-site property managers, ensuring best practices are followed across the team * Oversee tenant communications, lease renewals, and resolution of escalated tenant issues * Assist in managing leasing activities, including advertising, coordinating with your on-site team for property showings, applicant screening, and drafting lease agreements * Ensure compliance with lease terms, investigate violations, and address tenant disputes professionally * Supervise vendor coordination for maintenance repairs and upgrades, and coordinate with the on-site property manager for larger renovation projects * Collaborate with leadership on property marketing strategies and operational improvements * Oversee properties’ financial performance, including drafting budgets, tracking actuals to budget, and dictating strategies to maximize financial outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills * Strong background in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management (required) * Previous experience managing or leading a property management team * Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property management software * Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines) * Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
Technical Requirements:
* Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor) * Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam * Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps) * Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace * Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property management software
