Responsibilities:
* Face to face customer service and direct marketing solutions
* Learning Verizon Wireless product knowledge
* Utilizing leads that are provided to follow up with potential customers
* Participation in daily training sessions
* Conduct end-of-day breakdowns to gather feedback
