Job Description
Ensure the safety of all guests and patrons of the arcade area. Assist management with meeting safety standards, guest service standards and cleanliness.
Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following)
* Ensure guest service, safety and cleanliness standards are met in the arcade area. * To follow the Retail and Hotel Policies and Procedures.
Qualifications
Performance Requirements: (Knowledge, skills and abilities)
* Ability to deal with a number of problems requiring initiative and good judgment. * Ability to effectively deal with internal/external customers, some of whom will require patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger. Collect accurate information and solve management concerns. * Ability to maintain attendance in conformance with standards. * Ability to maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance. * Ability to maintain the condition and appearance of the location. * Respond to guest inquiries. Provide guest satisfaction through assistance, direction and information with hotel guidelines. * Reporting/fixing game issues as needed, including ticket and card malfunctions
Additional Information
Experience Requirements
* Money handling experience preferred. * guest service experience preferred
Education Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent
Desirables:
* Customer service experience * Flexibility to suit the needs of the Business * Reliability to suit the needs of the Business * Ability to be scheduling during high occupancy and key conventions, able to adapt to schedule changes
