About the role
About the Team We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are looking for a German-speaking VIP Account Manager to manage relationships with our high-value clients. The ideal candidate has experience working for a CySEC-regulated company, a valid CySEC Basic Certificate, and a strong understanding of client relationship management in the Forex/CFD industry.
Tasks
* Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients through calls, written communication, and internal CRM tools; * Promote company products and services to high-value clients; * Apply effective negotiation techniques to convert leads into long-term customers; * Develop and implement initiatives to increase client satisfaction and retention; * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor; * Monitor client activity and identify opportunities for growth and engagement; * Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
* Proven experience working for a CySEC-regulated company; * Experience in the Forex/CFD industry, preferably in VIP account management or a similar HNW client-facing role; * Experience working with regulated EU clients; * Fluency in German (native or C1+ level); * English proficiency at B2 level or higher; * Strong communication and relationship-building skills; * High level of responsibility, professionalism, and attention to regulatory compliance; * CySEC Basic or Advanced Certificate would be a strong plus.
