What You’ll Do:
* Provide compassionate care and support to our residents. * Assist with daily living activities and accompany residents to appointments and activities. * Report resident needs, conditions, and changes to nursing staff. * Practice safe, efficient care while maintaining confidentiality and dignity. * Deliver outstanding customer service with a smile.
What We’re Looking For:
* A passion for caring for seniors and a desire to become a CNA. * At least 1 year of customer service experience and strong interest in healthcare. * High school diploma or GED required. * Reliable transportation. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Willingness to work every other weekend and be open to evening and night shifts.
