What You’ll Do
As a Superintendent, you’ll oversee and manage residential construction projects from start to completion—ensuring everything stays on track, on budget, and built to the highest standards.
In this role, you will:
* Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the construction process * Drive project timelines and maintain accurate job schedules * Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites * Inspect work and enforce quality standards across all phases * Accurately submit and manage cost variances

What You Bring
* 2–3 years of related construction experience * Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (travel between communities required, including daytime and occasional nighttime travel) * Ability to take ownership, go the extra mile, and follow through (Care) * Strong customer mindset, turning challenges into positive experiences (Serve) * Willingness to grow, adapt, and continuously improve (Improve)
