TASKS
* Support monthly and annual financial closings, including reconciliations, accruals, and the review of accounting entries. * Prepare and review variance analyses based on actuals, budgets, and forecasts. * Maintain and analyze KPIs and reports for Sales and Marketing. * Support forecasting and planning processes. * Review invoices and costs and clarify outstanding issues with relevant departments. * Document closing procedures to ensure a structured handover.
Qualifications
* A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, a qualification as a certified accountant, or equivalent professional experience. * At least three years of professional experience in Controlling or Accounting, with proven experience in monthly and annual financial closings. * Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO, particularly cost centers, internal orders, and reporting. * Excellent Excel skills, especially PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data reconciliation. * An independent, structured, and reliable working style, with the ability to work independently after a short onboarding period. * Fluent German and good English skills.
Nice to Have
* Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and planning systems such as IBM Cognos TM1. * Experience working in a group with multiple legal entities. * Experience in the software, hosting, or subscription business.
