The Service Cashier provides a high level of customer service and engagement while receiving payment for maintenance and repairs. The cashier's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Reviewing the service bill for accuracy and cost * Calculate customer's invoice utilizing dealership software * Ensure appropriate manufacturer of 3rd party warranties were applied if applicable * Receive proper method of payment from customers and record appropriate amount received on applicable repair order * Relay and customer customer concerns, questions, and/or needs to the service team * Be the voice of the dealership to ensure complete customer satisfaction was delivered * Perform other duties as requested by management
Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED required * Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information * Basic computer and data entry skills * Professional appearance and grooming standards * Ability to work well with customers maintaining poise and professionalism at all time while exhibiting a friendly, helpful attitude. * Previous automotive service cashier experience a plus * Previous experience with CDK software a plus
