Job Description
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Belgium.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, with individual project values typically ranging from €50K to €500K.
You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to our quality standards.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial handover to final delivery.
* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
* Coordinate internal teams, engineers, subcontractors and external stakeholders.
* Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout project execution.
* Monitor project performance, financial results, risks and quality standards.
* Ensure projects remain within the agreed scope, budget and deadlines.
* Manage change requests and identify opportunities for additional services.
* Coordinate procurement activities, equipment orders and technical interventions.
* Ensure proper project documentation, reporting and invoicing.
* Organise project closure and handover to the operational and service teams.
* Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with solid project management experience and a genuine interest in technology.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent through relevant professional experience.
* At least 3 years of proven experience in project management, ideally in a technical, ICT or electronic security environment.
* Demonstrated experience managing projects with budgets of at least €250K.
* Knowledge of PRINCE2 methodology; PRINCE2 certification is a strong asset.
* Good technical understanding of ICT environments; experience in electronic security systems is an advantage.
* Ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); MS Project is an advantage.
* Good command of Dutch, French and English.
* Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work autonomously, make decisions and proactively solve problems.
* Customer-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach.
