What You’ll Do
* Assess residents’ health, monitor changes in condition and respond to care needs * Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policy * Coordinate medical services and help keep each resident’s care plan up to date * Communicate with residents, families, physicians and staff to keep everyone informed * Guide and support care staff, and share your expertise through training and coaching * Document care accurately and follow all safety and regulatory requirements
What You’ll Need
* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Minnesota * At least 18 years old * Availability every Saturday and Sunday, day shift * Senior living or long-term care experience preferred, but not required. New grads are welcome to apply.
