About the Role
Build and own the go-to-market motion for the DACH region at an early-stage HR technology company. You will partner directly with the founding team and lead sales to staffing agencies and temporary employment firms, helping shape the product and sales approach through customer feedback.
What You'll Do
* Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach through product demos, negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
* Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the DACH market.
* Build expertise in staffing and recruiting to guide customer messaging and positioning.
* Share customer feedback with the founding team to refine product-market fit and the go-to-market approach.
What We're Looking For
* Three to six years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, from prospecting through closing.
* Native or C2-level German fluency and the ability to sell effectively to DACH clients.
* Experience with cold calling and closing, with a phone-first sales approach.
* Experience selling HR technology or recruiting software, ideally to staffing agencies or temporary employment firms in DACH.
* Experience independently developing go-to-market plans for a new market and selling to mid-market businesses.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, such as Bullhorn or JobAdder, and a network in the DACH HR or staffing sector are valued.
* A business school background or equivalent commercial training is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €60,000 to €90,000 per year. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Remote, with Orlando, Florida as the primary location.
