We are looking for a Home Care Clinical Supervisor to lead and support our clinical team while helping ensure patient centered care remains at the heart of everything we do.
In this role, you will:
* Lead, support, and mentor frontline clinical staff * Oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care * Help develop and support clinical team members * Help recruit and retain strong clinical staff * Establish and maintain standards for quality care * Support clinical compliance, training, and professional development * Identify opportunities to improve care and processes * Maintain a collaborative, patient-focused team environment * Provide clinical and administrative leadership alongside the Home Care Team
What we're looking for:
* Missouri Registered Nurse license * Three years of home care and management experience highly preferred * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Ability to build relationships with patients, families, physicians, and clinical staff * A positive, collaborative approach and strong commitment to patient care
